Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use Decodum without an account. If you want to save threads or use Full Access features, you'll need an account — but it's optional.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll have the free tier: unlimited analyses and one saved thread. Your data stays unless you delete it.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial because the free tier is fully functional. Use it as long as you want. Upgrade only when you need more.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it — no questions asked.
Why isn't there an annual plan?
We want to keep things simple. Monthly billing means you're never locked in. We may add annual plans later if there's interest.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are never shared with other users or used to train public AI models. You can delete everything permanently at any time. Read our full privacy policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe. We don't store your payment information directly.
Can I switch between plans?
You can upgrade to Full Access anytime. If you want to switch back to Free, just cancel — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
